Refund and Cancellation Policy

This Refund and Cancellation Policy explains how cancellations, rescheduling, and refunds are managed for all Omni Health & Wellness services.
1. Cancellation and Rescheduling by Clients
- You may cancel or reschedule your appointment by giving at least 24 hours’ notice prior to your scheduled appointment time.
- Cancellations made with more than 24 hours’ notice are eligible for a full refund or can be rescheduled free of charge.
- Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice, or failure to attend your appointment (“no-show”), will result in the full fee being charged.
- Rescheduling within the 24-hour window may also be subject to the same charge.
2. Cancellation by Omni Health & Wellness
- In the rare event that we need to cancel or reschedule your appointment due to unforeseen circumstances, we will:
- Notify you as soon as possible; and
- Offer to reschedule your appointment at no extra cost; or
- Provide a full refund of any payment made for the cancelled appointment.
3. Cooling-Off Period for Online Bookings
- If you have booked online or over the phone (a “distance contract”), you are entitled to a 14-day cooling-off period in accordance with the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013.
- If you request that your session or consultation begins within the 14-day period, you must provide consent for us to do so.
- If you subsequently cancel, you may be charged a proportionate fee for the service provided.
- Once a service has been fully performed within the cooling-off period, your right to cancel will no longer apply.
4. Refunds
- Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method used at booking.
- Refunds will be issued within 14 days of confirmation of eligibility.
- Refunds will not be available in the following cases:
- Cancellations made less than 24 hours before an appointment;
- Missed appointments (“no-shows”);
- Where services have already been fully delivered;
- For any bespoke or custom-made therapeutic appliances that have been manufactured or supplied.
5. Partial Services or Programmes
- If you cancel a package of multiple sessions partway through, refunds may be issued pro rata for the unused portion, provided:
- You give at least 24 hours’ notice before your next scheduled session; and
- The cancellation does not fall within the exceptions outlined above.
6. Exceptional Circumstances
- We understand that emergencies can occur. In certain cases (e.g., medical emergencies or bereavement), cancellation fees may be waived at our discretion upon receipt of appropriate evidence.

8. Changes to This Policy
- Omni Health & Wellness reserves the right to amend this policy at any time. Any updates will be published on our website and will take effect immediately upon posting.
